Triathlon Training begins!
Today, after my Triathlon training run, I'll be picking Conan up so he too can get some jogging in. We'll be on the bike path waiting for Grandpa to run by! Last Thursday we went bike riding together. Swimming lessons, second session begins Monday! Can't wait to get all the kids in swimming lessons!

Back from our run/walk. When we got to the bike path there was a coyote hanging out. That was pretty cool. We ran and walked some. At the bridge we went up and crossed over, walking on the Bradbury side, then back down to the path. As we were getting ready to turn around, a horse was approaching us. Conan said "Hi" to the rider, "I love your horse". The rider stopped and offered Conan a ride. Conan got up and rode by himself! It didn't take long before Conan was ready to get down. The horse was very tall and moved very fast. The ride lasted about 30 seconds, but it was a lot of fun. Such an adventure.
